A local business with reliability in its DNA.

T-Squared Services is a Sunshine Coast lawn and garden maintenance business run by Tommaso Rio and Thomas Whittaker — two operators who built their reputation on showing up when they said they would, doing the job to a single standard, and leaving every property cleaner than they found it.

What they didn't have was a digital presence that matched the quality of their work. Their old website was busy, dated, and rarely converted. They were getting found through word of mouth, not organic search.

They came to Perspectiv looking for one thing: an honest, end-to-end refresh that would put them in front of the right Sunshine Coast homeowners and turn website visits into booked jobs.

What they got — over 4 weeks — was a new brand identity, a custom-built website, social profiles aligned to the brand, a Google Business Profile claimed and configured, Google Search Console verified, and a content cadence to keep them visible.

02 / The Challenge Before

Great service, hidden behind a dated website.

The previous T-Squared site was a solid foundation, it did its job and served as a simple landing page that showcased their business. We were able to build off of that and provide them with a — the brand looked older than the business, the layout was cluttered, and the only form of contact was a wall of fields that demanded everything upfront.

The numbers told the story plainly. Between July 2025 and the end of April 2026 — ten full months — the site collected ten total contact form submissions. Not all of them converted to paying jobs.

For a service business in a high-intent local search market, that's not a website. That's a brochure that visitors find, scroll, and leave.

A visual identity built around how they actually work.

Forest green for the work itself, warm sand for the personal touch, charcoal for trust. A wordmark that's confident without being loud. A stationery system that ties email signatures, business cards, and website together as one family.

A wordmark that does two jobs.

The "T²" mark works as a standalone monogram on social avatars, favicons, and business cards — while the full lockup "T-Squared Services" carries the brand on letterheads, emails, and the website hero. One system, two scales, used consistently.

The card itself locks in the brand at every customer touchpoint: forest green ground, white monogram, "Gardening & Lawn Mowing" subtitle bracketed in sand-tone rules.
